What should I bring?
For a heels class, you will need a pair of heels (7-10 cm stilettos, open-toed, with good ankle support), knee pads, comfortable clothing of your choice, and a bottle of water.
If you don't have heels yet, don't worry! :) You can start dancing in socks, and you can purchase shoes from us. Message us on Instagram, and we’ll help you find the right shoes.
What type of heels should I buy?
- - Make sure your heels support your ankles well. This is super important because a lack of ankle support can lead to injury. That means choosing a bootie.
- - We don't suggest heels higher than 10 cm, especially for beginners. The best heel height is between 8 and 10 cm. 7 cm is also okay for the start.
- - Open-toe heels are what you need.
- - Avoid thick rubber soles. Choose heels with smooth bottoms instead.
- - No platforms.
- - No chunky heels. Only stilettos.

How long is a high heels class?
It is usually 1h30. We start with a warm-up, followed by some mobility and strength exercises, and stretching. Then, we move on to technique and across-the-floor exercises and learning the choreography. Occasionally, we skip the technique portion to focus more on memorizing, polishing, and performing the choreography.
Do you do private classes?
Yes, of course! :) However, a few details still need to be discussed. Feel free to DM us on Instagram, and we can finalize the plan together. You can also ask the teacher to choreograph a song of your choice!
